Appeal by : Churchill Retirement Living.
Site at : 2 – 6 Priory Road, Alcester, B49 5DY,
Proposed : Redevelopment to form 27 sheltered apartments for the elderly, including communal facilities, access, car parking, and landscaping.
Appeal information: An appeal that has been made against the failure of Stratford-on-Avon District Council to give notice of its decision within the appropriate period.
The arrangements have now been confirmed for the Local Inquiry into the above appeal to be held on 28 June 2016 starting at 10.00 am. The Inquiry will take place at;

The Inquiry is expected to last up to: – 4 days
If you have submitted comments at either the application stage or as part of the current appeal, then your comments will automatically be placed before the Inspector.
If you wish to speak at the Inquiry then it is necessary for you to attend the Inspector’s opening as outlined above and make your request to speak to the Inspector.
