I was born in Alcester and have lived here all my life. I am married to Kathryn and have one daughter. Having lived in here all my life I have seen Alcester evolve, seeing it embrace both new ideas and yet managing to retain many of those features that make it so special.
I joined the Town Council in May 2011 and I’m very pleased to be part of the team that is entrusted with the custodianship of Alcester’s future, and hope to be a balance between introducing new ideas and retaining the traditions that we all, and increasingly others, admire. I was Mayor of Alcester 2013-2014 and am currently the Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee as well as being a member of the Community Care Committee.
I was elected as a Stratford District Councillor in 2014 and re-elected in 2015 following the change in the Stratford District Wards. I am now the District Councillor for Bidford West and Salford Priors and the Chairman for the SDC West Area Planning Committee.
