For a great day out, especially if you love good food and drink, the Alcester and Forest of Arden Food Festivals cannot be beaten! The events offer seasonal produce, artisan cheeses and breads, beers, wines, fresh produce and a wide variety of mainly local food and drink.
Anyone who likes quality food and drink will enjoy visiting both the Food Festivals held in May and October each year. The centre of Alcester is closed to traffic and filled with at least 100 stalls and marquees offering a wide range of fresh, seasonal produce and tempting fare. The majority of producers are local to Warwickshire with some exceptional foods from further afield.
The Organisers aim to provide a thoroughly enjoyable day out for everyone with a wide range of quality, mainly local, food and drink.
Stalls offering seasonal produce including artisan breads, local cheeses, venison, duck, smoked fish and meats, local ales and ciders, handmade puddings, pies and cakes and many, many more tempting offerings to delight the palate.
The PARK and RIDE is a FREE service and there is NO ENTRANCE CHARGE to the Food Festivals. The free Park and Ride will operate from 9:00am throughout the day from Adams Way off Arden Road, Arden Forest Industrial Estate.
