I am married to Steven and have a stepdaughter Hannah and children William and Isabelle Morse. I moved to Alcester in 2005 where Hannah was a pupil at St Benedict’s.
I have been an Alcester Town Councillor for the last 4 years, and was re-elected in May 2015. I now am part of the Community Care and Communication Committees and lead Councillor for projects relating to business and tourism for example I produce and distribute the annual Alcester Festival and Events Guide.
Along with local resident Ann Delany we started the Alcester Heartsafe Campaign, fundraising to provide Defibrillators in the High Street, all local schools, Alcester Town Football Club, Alcester Rugby Club. The Community Care Committee are now looking to add more of these in other locations across the town.
I am a governor of Coughton School and through my daughter have close links with Alcester Academy. I am also on the Food Festival Committee, responsible for sales.
I joined Alcester Town Council to be a part of preserving the traditions of the town and to serve the local community.
