Planning Committee meetings are generally held by Zoom meeting and commence at 7pm.
Planning applications need a response to the planning authority (Stratford on Avon District Council) within the statutory 21 days. Email meetings may be used by the Planning Committee where a response is required which falls outside the meeting date framework.
