Remembrance Sunday- November 2023
Alcester Town Council is pleased to confirm that the annual Remembrance Sunday parade will take place on Sunday 12 November 2023.
This year the parade will revert to its traditional route starting in Bleachfield St car park and ending at St Nicholas Church where the outdoor service, silence and wreath laying will take place at the war memorial. Parade to form up at 10.35am and march off at 10.40am. The outdoor service will commence at 10.55am.
Please note the temporary road closures 10am- 1pm affecting High Street, Church Street, Meeting Lane, Henley Street, Bleachfield Street, Swan Street and first part of the Stratford Road.
