The Office of the Town Clerk and his committee Clerks is now back in its new home at the Globe House Community Hub. The Office, which is located on the first floor via the Seggs Lane entrance, is open to the public weekday mornings. If you need to talk to someone from the Town Council our number is remaining the same; 01789 766084  plus all Councillor telephone numbers are published on the back of the newsletter.  Appointments with Clerks and Councillors can be made by contacting the appropriate person. The Clerks of each Committee can be contacted directly via their email addresses or alternatively use the form below:

The Town Clerk – for all general enquiries regarding Council processes and full council meetings, which are the first Tuesday in the month at the Hertford room, Jubilee Centre 7pm: clerk@alcester-tc.gov.uk
Clerk of the Planning and Communication Committees – for all enquiries about planning applications in the parish and communication issues. Planning meetings are fortnightly on a Monday in the Council Board Room at Globe House at 7pm, Communication meetings are the second Tuesday 10:30am, also in the Council Board room: administration@alcester-tc.gov.uk
Clerk of the Community Facilities Committee – for all enquiries regarding play areas, allotments and burials in the parish. Meetings are the third Tuesday in the month at the Hertford room, Jubilee Centre 7pm: reception@alcester-tc.gov.uk or for the Jubilee Centre administration – info@alcester-tc.gov.uk
Clerk of the Community Care Committee – for all enquiries regarding community safety, business and health issues. Meetings are the second Tuesday in the month at Hertford room, Jubilee Centre, 7pm: office@alcester-tc.gov.uk
