Banking Hub

ALCESTER BANKING HUB

The temporary Banking Hub is now open at The Greig Hall, Kinwarton Road, Alcester, B49 6AD.

The Banking Hub is open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

There is a rota of Community Bankers as follows:

There is a central telephone number for Cash Access UK which residents can call with queries about the Banking Hub:

This number is continuously staffed and the team should be able to answer general enquiries about the Hub and its services.

For appointments with a Community Banker, each bank has its own approach and process for booking Community Banker appointments, so arrangements are typically made through the customer’s bank rather than through the Hub itself.

A permanent site for the Banking Hub is still being sought.
