Alcester Neighbourhood Development Plan Review
Alcester Neighbourhood Development Plan Regulation 14 Consultation
The Alcester Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) was made in July 2021.
The NDP Review Steering Group has now completed an extensive review of the Neighbourhood Development Plan and has reported to Alcester Town Council that it proposes certain changes to update and improve it.
The Town Council has approved these changes and the proposed amendments are now proceeding to public consultation.
Formal public consultation on these amendments (known as Regulation 14) in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 will start on Saturday 15th December 2025 and will last for 6 weeks until Friday 30th January 2026 .

Commenting on the Draft Plan
Please send us your comments on the draft plan by emailing administration@alcester-tc.gov.uk
We will accept written comments in any form (email or letter), but you must include your name, organisation (if applicable) and postcode for these to be accepted. You can post letters to The Town Clerk, Alcester Town Council, Globe House, Priory Road, Alcester, B49 5DZ.

November 2023– A group of volunteers met for an initial informal meeting on Zoom with a view to meeting again in person on 16 January 2024 at Globe House at 10.30am where a Chair of the Review Steering Group will be elected and Terms of Reference adopted.

July 2021- Alcester Neighbourhood Development Plan successfully passed referendum and was adopted by SDC.
